Asian Paints Teams Up With Spotify To Blend Colour And Music At I-POP Event

Asian Paints has teamed up with Spotify for its flagship pop music property, I-POP, celebrating the rise of India’s contemporary pop scene. The exclusive, invite-only event brought together Spotify Premium subscribers, creators, and music fans for an immersive night of performances, art, and colour.

Designed as a celebration of the new-age Indian pop movement, Spotify’s I-POP aims to bridge the gap between digital fandom and live experience, offering young fans a space to engage with their favourite artists beyond screens.

Adding a visual dimension to the soundscape, Asian Paints infused the event with its signature creativity through a vibrant mural inspired by music and celebration. The artwork highlighted Chromacosm, the world’s largest architectural colour system with over 5,300 shades. Guests also explored an interactive photo booth built using the brand’s iconic paint buckets, capturing Polaroid memories in the romantic shade “Love Song”, blending sound and colour in perfect sync.

The evening saw energetic performances by Armaan Malik, Aditya Rikhari, Sanju Rathod, King, Jonita Gandhi, Hansika Pareek, and Kushagra.

In a standout moment, Asian Paints surprised Armaan Malik with a custom guitar painted in his favourite shades, mirroring the mural’s design, a colourful ode to his pop artistry.
