Rolling Loud India Debuts With 65K Fans, Confirms Bigger 2026 Return

Rolling Loud’s much-anticipated India debut drew massive crowds, global superstars and homegrown hip-hop powerhouses, cementing its place as one of the biggest music events of the year. The inaugural edition, held on November 22–23 at Loud Park in Navi Mumbai, was produced in partnership with District by Zomato and featured headliners Central Cee, Wiz Khalifa, Don Toliver and Karan Aujla. Limited early tickets for Rolling Loud India 2026 are now live on the District app.

Co-founder and Co-CEO Tariq Cherif confirmed the festival’s return during a roaring announcement from the BudX stage, moments before Karan Aujla’s closing set. “We’re coming right back here to Mumbai!” he told the crowd.

District by Zomato CEO Rahul Ganjoo said the success of the debut edition underscored India’s readiness for large-scale live experiences. “The energy, the crowds, the culture demonstrated that India not only showed up; it set a new benchmark,” he said. “We made history and we’re already preparing to make it again in 2026.”

A Weekend of High-Octane Performances

The two-day festival kicked off with Hanumankind firing up the Casa Bacardi Stage, paving the way for a blockbuster evening. Wiz Khalifa’s set turned the arena into a massive singalong as fans belted out “See You Again,” “Young, Wild & Free” and more.

UK rap star Central Cee closed Day 1 with his India debut, delivering hits like “Doja,” “Sprinter” and “Band4Band” to an electrified crowd that rapped every lyric.

Day 2 maintained the momentum. DIVINE debuted tracks from his new album Walking on Water live for the first time, while Nav lit up the BudX stage with “Lemonade,” joined by surprise guest Gurinder Gill. Don Toliver followed with a high-energy set that kept the crowd dancing until the finale.

The festival’s historic closing moment belonged to Karan Aujla, who became the first Indian artist to headline a Rolling Loud festival. His surprise on-stage collaboration with Nav for the debut performance of the “Daytona Remix” triggered one of the weekend’s loudest reactions.

Indian and South Asian artists , including Wild Wild Women, AR Paisley, Sambata, Yung Raja and Gurinder Gill, made up half of the lineup, marking a pivotal moment for the region’s hip-hop scene on a global platform.

An Immersive Festival Experience

Beyond the performances, Rolling Loud India transformed Loud Park into a multi-sensory cultural playground. Fans engaged with skateparks, basketball courts, gaming zones, live graffiti walls, premium lounges, grooming pop-ups and culinary experiences curated by top chefs and beverage partners.

The festival also partnered with MakeMyTrip, Uber, CityFlo, Mumbai Metro and DriveU to streamline travel for attendees. It became the first festival in India to be livestreamed on JioHotstar, drawing more than one million streams.

With 65,000 attendees and over 30 performances across two days, Rolling Loud’s India debut set new benchmarks for the country’s live entertainment scene. The festival will return in November 2026, with early-bird tickets now available.
