Marking a new chapter in her marketing journey, Richa Vaidya has joined T-Series as Deputy General Manager, Music Marketing, after an impactful stint of nearly three years at JioHotstar.

During her tenure at JioHotstar (formerly JioCinema and Voot Select under Digital Ventures), Richa played a key role in shaping the platform’s digital-first content marketing strategy. She led campaigns across original web series, post-theatrical releases, and non-fiction formats, championing projects like JioCinema Premium Launch, Vikram Vedha, Bloody Daddy, Kaalkoot, Bajao, Ranneeti, Murder in Mahim, and Shekhar Home.

Her innovative approach and execution excellence earned her multiple industry recognitions, including Best Marketing Campaign ,Across Platforms and Best Marketing Campaign, Digital for Kaalkoot at the ScreenXX Summit Adgully Awards, along with the Superhit Award for Execution Excellence at Viacom18’s MAD Awards.

Announcing her move on LinkedIn, Richa reflected on her journey, saying,“After an incredible 2.9 years at JioHotstar, where I had the privilege to lead digital-first content marketing strategies across original web series and major campaigns, I’m thrilled to join T-Series as Deputy General Manager, Music Marketing.”

She expressed heartfelt gratitude to her mentors, teammates, and partners, adding that she hopes to continue “learning, growing, and contributing to the ever-evolving world of music and entertainment marketing.”

With her move to T-Series, Richa steps into a leadership role at one of the world’s largest music labels, a transition that brings together her rich experience in film, streaming, and digital storytelling.
